May 2006 up to 28th
Club station had a very active month on HF - mainly 20 metres total QSOs 110 plus. - Friday night has turned into a 'Shack on air night'. Pick of some of the more interesting stations- mainly rag chews and not strings opf contest entrants :

12 April 2006 1915 - 21 -00 G3WSC Club Stn. 23cm ATV : Milestone QSO

Full simultaneous duplex video and duplex sound QSO with Maurice G3WKI in Crawley following completion of commissioning work on new 23 repeater. Outgoing FM sound via 6.5Mhz subcarrier on picture, incoming sound via 144.750Mhz FM. Good colour pictures both ways. Shack full of members who could all converse via the open duplex mike.
There were 3 switched cameras in action - two in shack and one in main meeting room showing rest of members engaged in usual "natter night" and supping coffee. Repeater acessed via low power ATV TX in shack. Attended repeater under manual control.
